INDUSTRY ORGANIZING AND MANAGEMENT

Industry organizing and management is a full-time multidisciplinary programme that introduces students to the managerial analysis and the problems of industrial engineering. Students will acquire a combination of technical and theoretical knowledge, including the basic skills they need to enter the careers in industrial sphere. Marketing, finance, planning, logistics, economics and mathematics are also covered, since they are essential to the understanding of industrial engineering and management. Special focus is paid to helping students to develop skills in research, critical thinking, problem-solving, reasoning and interpersonal relations. The programme focuses on the following topics: supply chain management, quality management, rapid product development, production planning and management, e-manufacturing and innovation.

Students must undergo a pre-graduation internship and defend a graduation thesis in order to receive a degree.

Upon the successful completion of the programme, graduates can pursue their career in national and international companies, economic intervention agencies, consulting firms, insurance firms, corporations, etc.
