Master of Construction Project Management / Master of Property and Development

There are ever-increasing employment opportunities locally and globally for those who have advanced skills and knowledge in both construction management and property development. During your study, you will develop a deep understanding of how the two areas are interrelated and what is required to manage complex projects in these fields.

You will learn practical ways to integrate cutting-edge smart technologies and sustainable approaches to construction and property projects and conduct research into high-performance products and systems.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria

Postgraduate Coursework Degrees

Master of Engineering
Entry is open to students with a three or four year Bachelor of Engineering degree in a related discipline with a minimum 65% average.
(Applicants who hold a three year Engineering Science degree at least equivalent to the first three years of a related Engineering degree accredited under the Washington Accord may be considered also.)

Master of Engineering Science
Students need a recognized four year Bachelor of Engineering degree or a UNSW Graduate Diploma in a related discipline of engineering with a minimum 65% average*.

Master of Information Technology 

  • a three-year undergraduate degree equivalent to a standard Australian bachelor degree in a discipline containing mathematics up to year two-level, and an average mark of 65% average OR
  • completion of the 7543 UNSW Graduate Certificate in Computing, and an average mark of 70% average OR
  • completion of the 5543 UNSW Graduate Diploma in Information Technology, and a minimum 65% average.
