Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria

Master of Engineering
Entry is open to students with a three or four year Bachelor of Engineering degree in a related discipline with a minimum 65% average.
(Applicants who hold a three year Engineering Science degree at least equivalent to the first three years of a related Engineering degree accredited under the Washington Accord may be considered also.)
Master of Engineering Science
Students need a recognized four year Bachelor of Engineering degree or a UNSW Graduate Diploma in a related discipline of engineering with a minimum 65% average*.
Master of Information Technology
- a three-year undergraduate degree equivalent to a standard Australian bachelor degree in a discipline containing mathematics up to year two-level, and an average mark of 65% average OR
- completion of the 7543 UNSW Graduate Certificate in Computing, and an average mark of 70% average OR
- completion of the 5543 UNSW Graduate Diploma in Information Technology, and a minimum 65% average.
