Faculty of Veterinary Medicine's vision is to become the leading faculty at national and international levels, a pioneer in the development of education and research in the field of Veterinary and animal husbandry, independent and innovative morality based on religion, ethics, environmental sustainability and animal welfare to remain oriented towards public welfare.
MISSION OF THE STUDY PROGRAM
- Organizing academic education, profession, specialist in the field of veterinary and animal husbandry-based modern learning technology, which can produce graduates with professional capabilities as well as a strong desire to develop their knowledge, entrepreneurial, which upholds religious morals and ethics.
- Conducting basic research, applied research and innovative policy and high quality in the field of veterinary and livestock to support the development of science, education and community service berlandasakan religious morals, ethics, environmental sustainability and animal welfare.
- Dedicated their expertise in the field of veterinary science and animal husbandry to the public.
- The realization of mutually beneficial partnership relations with relevant institutions in order to realize the independence of faculty oriented on quality and the ability to compete at national and international levels.
The Purpose of Doctoral Studies Program are :
- Produce high quality graduates, dignified, which is able to integrate, implement and develop the veterinary science and animal husbandry in order to compete at national and international levels.
- Produce innovative research that is capable of solving problems in the community and encourage the development of science and technology in the field of veterinary and animal husbandry.
- Dedication to the community to produce works that can improve people's ability to identify, formulate and solve problems related to the field of veterinary and animal husbandry independently and sustainably
- Realize the independence of the faculty are adaptive, creative, proactive towards the demands of the development of science and technology in the field of veterinary and animal husbandry
- Develop faculty research-based entrepreneurial spirit with a world-class excellence which is based on national values, moral, religious, ethical, environmental sustainability and animal welfare.
The curriculum structure of Veterinary Science Study Program S3 which has a study load of 42 (forty-two) semester credit units (credits) are taken within six (6) semester. The curriculum structure of Veterinary Science S3 Program consists of six compulsory subjects and 12 elective courses. In the first semester consists of four compulsory courses and two elective courses in the second semester and consists of two compulsory courses and four elective courses.
