Oenology Course: Vineyards & Tasting
A 2-week introductory course to learn about wines and spirits
This two-week course offers a complete immersion into the world of wines and spirits. From learning how to taste wines and pairing them with food and wine, to exploring the main French wine-growing regions, this course provides a deeper understanding of the differences and characteristics of our wine-growing regions.
This course is designed for anyone who wants to immerse themselves in and gain a quality understanding of the wine industry . It is suitable for both experienced and novice wine lovers, culinary arts students, and hospitality professionals who would like to learn more about this exciting field.
The teachers and speakers will pass on their techniques and know-how to all participants so that each of them is able to understand the world of wines through shared knowledge and numerous tastings.
This experience takes place within the Le Cordon Bleu Paris institute, in a tasting room equipped and dedicated to the wine industry, in the spirit of a winery. Each participant receives a course material covering the topics covered.
Language of instruction:
The course is taught in French and is subsequently translated into English.
Teaching Method:
The training combines theoretical courses and wine tastings. The classrooms are equipped with professional equipment.
