Paris, a mecca of culture, gastronomy, and the art of living, is the ideal place to study wine and its culture, worthy representatives of French terroirs, and to acquire in-depth knowledge thanks to teaching combining theory and practice, by the greatest experts.
This training is a partnership with the Georges Chappaz Institute of Vine and Wine in Champagne (University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne) and allows you to obtain a double degree:
- The Wine & Management Diploma , awarded by the Le Cordon Bleu Paris institute, opens the door to a wide variety of careers in this sector
- The University Diploma (DU) "Wine Culture Heritage and Tourism" awarded by the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne (URCA)
The Georges Chappaz Institute of Vine and Wine in Champagne provides specific training, through teaching based on innovative research of international reputation.
At the end of the training, students will be able to mobilize multidisciplinary knowledge on the world of vines and wine; and to understand, analyze and interpret elements of history, geography, law, economics and marketing related to the sector, the wine industry and wine tourism.
Languages: teaching is carried out in English
Tuition fees include registration fees (€1,500), 4 vineyard trips, all tastings, and uniform.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
Prerequisites:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Have a C1 level in English and knowledge of French strongly recommended, level A2 for the smooth running of the internship in the company
Depending on the candidate's profile and project, an interview may possibly be organized to validate admission.
