Diploma in Culinary Management
Complete training to create a catering concept
This program provides students with the managerial knowledge and skills required to create a business concept. Students will create their own business, develop their own concept and menu for a restaurant or other type of food production business of their choice, and will need to know how to manage kitchen administration.
The Diploma in Culinary Management provides all the elements, in 3 months, to personalize your project, your recipes, cost management, and kitchen management.
Languages: Courses are offered in both French and English, with possible translations into either language, depending on the teacher's language.
Diploma obtained: The Diploma in Culinary Management is awarded by the Le Cordon Bleu International Foundation , conditional on successful completion of the final exam.
Tuition fees: €10,700, including application fees (€500), course content, and activities. New students will be charged an additional fee for the purchase of the student kit.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
Prerequisites
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a Baccalaureate or equivalent
- Have a B1 level in English
- Hold the Grand Diplome, the Cuisine Diploma or the Pastry Diploma Le Cordon Bleu, or equivalent, or have significant professional experience (at least 2 years) in cooking or pastry making.
- Secondary school leaving certificate (baccalaureate or equivalent)
- Cover letter (500 words).
