Pastry Diploma (Standard)

The Pastry Diploma is a comprehensive and rigorous training program, consisting of three levels: Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced. This training is based on high-level teaching that is distinguished, on the one hand, by lessons and demonstrations carried out by chefs of recognized experience, and on the other hand, by the individual practical work of the learners, supervised by the Chefs. This articulation of lessons, demonstrations, and practices allows for the progressive learning of the fundamental techniques of traditional French pastry.

Diploma obtained: the Pastry Diploma is awarded by the International Le Cordon Bleu Foundation, conditional on successful completion of the three levels.

Languages: demonstrations and theoretical courses are given in French and subsequently translated into English

Durtion Option Available : Intensive: 6 months (6 to 12 class hours per day, 5 or 6 days a week).
Tuition fees include application fees (€1,500), course content, uniform, equipment including the Sabatier knife kit, and activities.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria

  • All applicants must be aged 18 years or older
  • Applicants must possess a high school diploma:
    - baccalaureate or equivalent
    - CAP and professional experience (subject to the validation of application)
  • Having a B2 level in English or an A2 level in French Accepted language tests and score/level correspondence.
