Chemical process engineering is a branch of engineering that applies physical sciences (physics and chemistry) and life sciences (microbiology and biochemistry) together with applied mathematics and economics to produce, transform, transport, and properly use chemicals, materials, and energy. Essentially, chemical engineers design large-scale processes that convert chemicals, raw materials, living cells, microorganisms, and energy into useful forms and products.

PSW Opportunity
- The International Students studying in certain institutions in Singapore are allowed to work part time for 16 hours per week as mentioned on the Ministry of Manpower website of Singapore.
- Students who have studied in the institutions mentioned on the Ministry of Manpower website of Singapore are allowed to apply for a Long Term Visitor Pass.
- They are allowed to look for a job during this time period.This is for 12 months.If the students get a job during this time period, the employer may sponsor for an Employment pass.
Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
Academic Requirement:
3 GCE 'O' Levels passes English and 2 other subjects and or equivalent; OR
Nitec, Higher Nitec or equivalent; OR
Matured students: At least 30 years old with at least 8 years relevant working experiences will be considered
English Requirement:
*A pass in English at GCE O Level or IELTS 5.5 and or equivalent,
Completed a prior Diploma where the medium of instruction is English
