PSW Opportunity

The International Students studying in certain institutions in Singapore are allowed to work part time for 16 hours per week as mentioned on the Ministry of Manpower website of Singapore.
Students who have studied in the institutions mentioned on the Ministry of Manpower website of Singapore are allowed to apply for a Long Term Visitor Pass.
They are allowed to look for a job during this time period.This is for 12 months.If the students get a job during this time period, the employer may sponsor for an Employment pass.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria

Academic Requirement:
Obtained at least 2 GCE A-Level passes including Mathematics and *English; OR
Obtained International Baccalaureate Diploma (at least 24 points) or other equivalent pre-university certifications; OR
Completion of GSTM Diploma (Specialized in Computing and Information Technology) or equivalent; OR
NUS High School Diploma; OR
Polytechnic Diploma (e.g. Diploma in Business Information System/ Information Technology/ Computing related field); OR
Other PEI qualification (e.g. Diploma in Business Information System/ Information Technology/ Computing related field that is equivalent to GSTM’s Diploma) will be assessed on a case by case basis; OR
Matured student: At least 30 years old with at least 8 years of relevant working experiences will be considered.

English Language Requirement:

*A pass in English at GCE ‘O’ Level, or IELTS 5.5 and or equivalent; OR
Completed a prior Diploma or equivalent where the medium of instruction is English
