Bachelor Of Science Sport And Exercise Science (Top-Up)

The programme explores the science used to help the body perform to its full potential. It offers more than most sports science degrees because you learn about science purely in its relationship to exercise and sport. Study physiology, biomechanics, and sports psychology but also take a very practical approach to the application of science to sport.

Students will learn how to carry out a wide range of procedures and use equipment involved in exercise physiology, biomechanics, sports psychology, injury rehabilitation and coaching.

The practical nature of this programme also encourages the development of skills necessary for all graduates to perform efficiently in the work environment.

The International Students studying in certain institutions in Singapore are allowed to work part time for 16 hours per week as mentioned on the Ministry of Manpower website of Singapore.
Students who have studied in the institutions mentioned on the Ministry of Manpower website of Singapore are allowed to apply for a Long Term Visitor Pass.
They are allowed to look for a job during this time period.This is for 12 months.If the students get a job during this time period, the employer may sponsor for an Employment pass.

HNC (Pass in a related subject with A in the graded unit)
Sports Coaching with Development of Sport, Fitness, Health and Exercise, Sports & Exercise Science, Applied Sports Science, Applied Biological Science

Entry to Level 9

HND (Pass in a related subject with Grades AA at SCQF Level 8 in the graded units)
Students with HND Sports Coaching & Development of Sport must pass the following units: Psychology of Sports Coaching and Psychology of Sports Performance.

Students with HND in Fitness, Health and Exercise must pass the following units: Mechanics for Health and Fitness Professionals and Psychology of Sports Coaching units.

Sports Coaching with Development of Sport, Fitness, Health and Exercise, Sport & Exercise Science.
