Bachelor Of Science (Cyber Security)
The Bachelor of Science (Cyber Security) degree programme awarded by Edith Cowan University (ECU) focuses on the practical and theoretical dimensions of IT security across a range of fundamental areas, such as network security and vulnerability assessment, information security, digital forensics, wireless device security and database security. Students will gain a solid grounding in conventional computer and network security concepts and skills. In addition, the course is designed to meet the changing landscape of secure computing, which involves not only computers, but also telecommunications networks and network enabled devices such as smartphones and tablet devices.
Graduates will be equipped for careers in the field of cyber security, including areas such as network security, computer forensics, information warfare and wireless security.

- The International Students studying in certain institutions in Singapore are allowed to work part time for 16 hours per week as mentioned on the Ministry of Manpower website of Singapore.
- Students who have studied in the institutions mentioned on the Ministry of Manpower website of Singapore are allowed to apply for a Long Term Visitor Pass.
- They are allowed to look for a job during this time period.This is for 12 months.If the students get a job during this time period, the employer may sponsor for an Employment pass.

GCE O Levels – Grade C6; OR
GCE A Level General Paper – Grade E
IELTS Overall Scores 6.0 with no individual Band less than 6.0; OR
TOEFL Paper-Based (TWE) 4.5; OR
TOEFL Internet-Based (TWE) 5; OR
Pearson Test of English Academic Score of 52 with no scores less than 50 for courses with a current requirement of Academic IELTS 6.0; OR
OET – A minimum score of B in each of four components
