BA (Hons) Fashion Accessory & Textile Futures
Learn design thinking and develop your own creative voice through experimentation and practice. This is a small course meaning students are given unprecedented access to tutors and the opportunity to complete an accredited work placement in the second year. Students will gain unrivalled experience of working in industry through exposure to live design briefs and collaborative projects with other disciplines.
What can this course do for me?
Learning about design can be used as a tool for empowerment, both personally and for those you design for. This course will ignite your own passions, instil confidence and help you to understand your own creative journey; from student to fully fledged designer. This course teaches you the skills needed to harness fashion accessory design in your own way.

Job Opportunity Potential
There is huge demand for young creative talent who can rework traditional approaches to designing garments such as bags, eyewear, jewellery, luggage, shoes and sports accessories, as well as experiment with existing and new textiles and materials.
Recent graduates were employed as designers by prestigious brands such as Dune and Kurt Geiger as well as international e-tailer ASOS and a range of young and independent brands.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
Students will be expected to have five GCSEs (grade C/level 4 or above) or equivalent (including English), and hold at least one of the below or equivalent UK/international qualifications.
Qualifications accepted:
- 2 A levels, grade C or above
- 4 AS levels, grade C or above
- 2 vocational A level, grade C or above
- Level 3 Foundation Diploma or National Diploma
- Advanced Diploma, grade C or above
- International Baccalaureate, 24 points or above
Foundation
- Indian HSC/Standard XII with an overall average of 50% or higher (all boards including CBSE and CISCE).
- All India Senior School Certificate Examination
Undergraduate
- Indian HSC/Standard XII with an overall average of 60% or higher (all boards including CBSE and CISCE).
- 2 A-levels at grade C or above, or an International Baccalaureate with minimum 28 points
- A recognised International Foundation course from a UK institution
