Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
A successful applicant for admission to the Master of Science in Medicine (Clinical Epidemiology) will hold a bachelor's degree with first or second class honours from the University of Sydney or equivalent qualification.
All students entering the program are expected to have some clinical experience.
Applicants must have completed work equivalent to a first or second class honours bachelor's degree.
In exceptional circumstances the dean may admit applicants without these qualifications who, in the opinion of the school, have qualifications and evidence of experience and achievement sufficient to successfully undertake the award.
Applicants must complete the admission supplementary form and demonstrate how you meet each criterion for the award of Commonwealth Supported Places and Clinical Epidemiology Scholarships. Upload the academic transcripts from all your previous degrees, your CV and any additional evidence such as certificates for any prizes and/or awards to the online admission application system.
TOEFL - IBT score - A minimum result of 85 overall including a minimum result of 17 in Reading, Listening and Speaking and 19 in Writing
IELTS score - A minimum result of 6.5 overall and a minimum result of 6.0 in each band
TOEFL - PBT score - A minimum result of 565 overall including a minimum result of 4.5 in Writing
Pearsons Test of English - A minimum result of 61 overall and a minimum result of 54 in each band
