Le Cordon Bleu Grand Diplome : Your passport to the culinary world
Throughout the 9 month tuition, you are first taught basic culinary skills before applying them to high-quality produce and specialist ingredients. Supervised by some of the most qualified and classically trained Chefs, you will learn fundamental culinary techniques through a succession of theoretical and practical training combining Chef demonstrations and practical sessions.
Our Grand Diplome may also be studied as an integrated diploma with culinary management or with an internship.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
IELTS (International English Language Testing System) for UKVI (UK Visas and Immigration) test report result with 5.0 or above in all components. You can choose either the Academic or General module
Non-Tier 4 Visa , who do not require a Tier 4 Visa, should provide the school with one of the following:
English language certificate equivalent to CEFR level B2
Academic transcript of a completed course taught in English
Employment history in an English language environment
Oxford English placement test (provided by Le Cordon Bleu) with telephone interview
