Learn the full package of baking and pastry techniques alongside each other with the Diplome de Patisserie and the Diplome de Boulangerie. By enabling you to become highly skilled and gain essential creative skills to craft exceptional dishes and showpieces, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards of professional pastry chef education and training.
The pastry diploma comprises three certificates: Basic, Intermediate and Superior, while the Boulangerie diploma is similarly split into three individual modules: Module I, Module II and Module III.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
IELTS (International English Language Testing System) for UKVI (UK Visas and Immigration) test report result with 5.0 or above in all components. You can choose either the Academic or General module
Non-Tier 4 Visa , who do not require a Tier 4 Visa, should provide the school with one of the following:
English language certificate equivalent to CEFR level B2
Academic transcript of a completed course taught in English
Employment history in an English language environment
Oxford English placement test (provided by Le Cordon Bleu) with telephone interview
