ORGANIC CHEMISTRY WITH LABS
The course introduces students to the since of organic chemistry by teaching them the nomenclature and classification of organic molecules, isomers, bonding, alcohols,aldehydes, ketones, enols and enolates. Students learn how to name organic molecules and the basic principles of organic structure and linked properties.
The laboratory component allows student to work with models of organic molecules and different stereoisomers. Students are given the opportunity to work and analyze oxidation-reduction organic reactions.
