This MA Human Resource Management equips you to progress your career in learning and development, employee relations or any other HR-related field. You'll gain the knowledge and skills to become adaptable and well-informed in managerial skills. This course is available during the evening (6-9pm) on a full-time or part-time basis, which allows you to fit your studies around your other commitments. We also encourage you to attend events and discuss current HR trends with practitioners, faculty and guest speakers. Regular seminars of the CIPD South East Thames branch are held at the university.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria

For entry to our Master's programs, you will need to have met the following:

Four-year bachelor degree with a minimum of 55% in Final Year (However, if graduating from one of the top universities: Pune, Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai, Osmania, and JNTU a minimum of 50% in the final year is required)
70% in English in Standard XII or English language requirements
Note: More specialized courses require four year bachelor degree with a minimum of 65% in final year.(However, if graduating from one of the top universities :Pune, Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai, Osmania and JNTU a minimum of 60% in final year is required)
