Close links with employers and professional accounting bodies ensure you have the opportunity to enhance your future career prospects and gain up to nine exemptions from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the maximum number available, as well as exemptions from CIMA, CII, ACT, AIA, CFA, CIPFA, ICAEW, and the CPA.
Our Bloomberg Trading Room – one of the largest in a UK university – will give you a simulated experience on industry-standard software that is used by decision-makers in finance.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria

Entry criteria

  • A typical offer is 112 UCAS points from at least two A-Levels, or
  • BTEC National Diploma/Extended Diploma at DMM

Plus, five GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including English and Mathematics or equivalent

Alternative qualifications include:

  • Pass Access with 30 Level 3 credits at Merit (or equivalent) with English (Language or Literature) and Maths GCSE required as separate qualifications at grade 4

We will normally require students to have had a break from full-time education before undertaking the Access course

  • International Baccalaureate: 26+ Points.

India

  • Minimum of 65% average in your four best subjects (excluding Hindi) in Standard 12. We may also check your standard 10 results in English and Maths.

2nd year - 3rd-year Undergraduate:

  • Entry to year 2 or 3 may be possible. You will need to supply detailed information including courses taken, grades achieved, syllabus, and a grading guide.

Sri Lanka

  • 55-65% in three A-levels, depending on the course you choose.
