Character and suitability:
You will only be eligible to be admitted as a solicitor if you meet the SRA’s requirements relating to character and suitability. If you are worried that a matter may prevent you from qualifying as a solicitor, we strongly recommend that you ask them to assess any character and suitability issues before you start the LPC.
