BBA-HRM

This 3-year BBA-HRM Degree has been designed to provide substantial knowledge about HRM concepts and build capabilities to perform basic HR function and tasks. BBA in Human Resource Management is a programme equipped with a delivery approach on the basis of learning by doing. It will develop HR management potentials and functional skills among learners in area of recruiting, selecting, appraising, and training of employees. Moreover, the high industrial exposure students receive from corporate training sessions, corporate visits, business incubation centre, etc. in the campus is unmatched indeed.       

The students, who are willing to take admission in Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management, need to qualify their senior secondary (10+2) with 50% marks at least. Students studying in any of the streams (Art, Commerce, and Science) can apply for this programme. The admission is subject to the guidelines and policy enacted by the university.
