Zoology MBiol Honours (C301)

Our four-year Zoology MBiol Honours degree is very similar in content to our BSc but includes a year of Master's-level study, which offers significant research experience.

You will study specialist zoology topics, such as:

• animal behaviour
• animal physiology
• entomology
• biodiversity
• ecology and conservation
• vertebrate biology

Through lab-based teaching you learn key laboratory skills required by professional zoologists. You take these to a higher professional level during your fourth year, where you work alongside our research active staff to explore advanced topics in zoology.

You will also enjoy a bird and insect identification field course, as well as a week-long project-based residential course.
