M.Sc. Organizational Psychology & Human Resources Management

The Master in Organizational Psychology prepares you intensively in four semesters, including the semester abroad and the Master's Thesis, for the requirements and tasks in personnel management. In the fields of occupational and health psychology, personnel and organizational development or diagnostics, you will learn specific expertise in business psychology in order to apply it directly in the research colloquium and practical project. In doing so, you deepen your knowledge of research methods so that you are not only well-prepared for practical tasks, but can also go into research. In the integrated semester abroad, you can apply your organizational psychology expertise in an international context. A practice-oriented master's thesis concludes the study concept.

 

The third semester is spent at an ISM partner university in Europe or overseas. Your semester abroad is integrated into your course of studies and thus an integral part of your studies at the ISM. So all contents and examinations, which you provide abroad, are credited for your studies. The International Office assists you in the application process and the selection of your partner university. In the degree program M.Sc. Organizational Psychology & Human Resources Maagement allows you to choose your partner university from a network of 20 universities .

Double Degree Option :-  In Organizational Psychology you can gain an international double degree. In addition to the ISM Master, you also earn a Master's degree at an international partner university with the double degree. At some partner universities, this is even possible within the framework of the integrated semester abroad. This will give you two Master's degrees in two or two and a half years, and will be a crucial step in your international career. In addition, you will consolidate your linguistic and intercultural competences and expand your personal network thanks to international students and lecturers.

The ISM provides you with selected renowned and international partner universities a high-quality study program with study program-specific focuses such as International Marketing Management, Human Resource and Knowledge Management or Applied Business Analytics.
