Leadership & Management (MSc)

This programme will involve you in a demanding process of personal and leadership development, through engagement with project work for your own and/or external businesses.

This course explores the concept of leadership and you will learn about functional topics including corporate social responsibility, coaching and data analytics. You will learn about strategic planning and learn how to lead transformation and change. Engaging with the latest contemporary research in leadership and management, you will develop your critical thinking skills and apply them.
