Human Resource Management MSc

This MSc combines an in-depth understanding of human resource management (HRM) with a broader exploration of its organisational and management context. The programme explores HR strategy both within organisations and in relation to the external environment. You will be exposed to the latest contemporary research in HRM to develop your critical thinking skills, develop and apply them.
The programme is international by design. Many different cultural contexts will provide the setting for discussions. You will learn by working with others and building on your experiences and those of your fellow students.

You will explore issues including employee relations and employee engagement, learning and development, employee resourcing and talent management, globalisation and international forces, social and technological change and government policies and regulation.

A distinctive element of the programme is the opportunity to gain professional accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD) alongside the academic award.
