Diploma in Aviation Technician - Avionics Maintenance (AVM3)

The electronic communication and navigation system is the heart of all aircraft and are vital to the safety of all flights. As an aircraft specialist in repairing and maintaining these systems, you will play an important role in avionics maintenance and have the opportunity for a rewarding and in-demand career within the aviation industry. With this Transport Canada approved program, you will become an important and specialized member of the aircraft maintenance team.
What is avionics maintenance?
While in the program, you will study all aspects of aircraft avionics systems used in general aviation, corporate, charter transport category aircraft and helicopters. Along with developing cutting-edge computer and electronic systems skills, you will learn about aerodynamics, safety and flight control systems. As you progress through the program and embark on a life-long learning journey, you will have the opportunity to adapt and upgrade your skills to meet the constantly evolving and improving aircraft industry.
