New Zealand Diploma in Construction (Level 6) Quantity Surveying

It’s a two-year program (students must complete year one and year two) and you’ll come out ready to start your new role. In fact, many of our students get part-time work in the industry in their second year. 

This qualification meets the academic requirements of the New Zealand Institute of Building and provides entry as an affiliate member to the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors. Membership to NZIQS is free while you are a full-time student.

PSW Opportunity

  • During study, all students on a student visa can work up to 20 hours per week during semester and full time during vacations.
  • After completing Level 7 Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Qualification, a student will get a three years open post-study work visa.
  • After completing Level 8 Post Graduate courses of 1 year, students get 1 year PSW.
