Diploma of Hospitality Management

Training for management roles across a range of venues and companies, you'll uncover the skills required for delivering exceptional hospitality.

The course aims to develop your hospitality management and supervisory skills so that you have the confidence to coordinate a range of hospitality operations and make a range of operational business decisions.

Work would be undertaken in various hospitality settings, such as restaurants, hotels, catering operations, motels, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops. Students will be equipped for roles which require them to be autonomous and where they may have responsibility for managing others.

This course provides students with training on managing diversity in the workplace, managing operational plans, leading and managing people and conflict, develop customer service practices, monitor work operations and establish and conduct business relationships.

  • IELTS 5.5 General Training (no band less than 5.0) or equivalent
