Youth and Teen Film Camps at NYFA in Australia

At NYFA Australia’s youth and teen Film camps, students learn how to create their own films and tell engaging stories through a balance of short projects, time spent on sets, and coursework. Designed for students ages 13-17, the camps give aspiring visual storytellers the opportunity to write, shoot, direct, and edit their own short films which can also be used on social media.

Throughout the programs, students work in collaboration with their peers and use tools and technology used by industry professionals, giving them the framework to build creative and technical skills. From learning and working on films at the purpose-built Southport campus to shooting film projects on the backlot at Warner Bros. Movie World, the filmmaking teen camps are dynamic experiences that allow students to explore their unique creative voices, and build their confidence while having fun and making friends with like-minded classmates.
