Beaverbank Place is a modern student accommodation that is situated just north of the city centre and is conveniently close to the Edinburgh universities. Both the Edinburgh College of Art and the University of Edinburgh are less than a 30-minutes’ bus ride from the accommodation. Even the Granton Campus of Edinburgh College is only 26-minutes away by bus, so students can easily make it to their lectures on time.

The accommodation is ideally location with easy access to various supermarkets including a Tesco Superstore that is within 2-minutes’ of walking distance. Well-connected public transport links are close by, so you can explore the city whenever you want. With the nearest bus station right around the corner, reaching your destination becomes super easy as well. Additionally, the historic Edinburgh Waverley train station, which has a huge concentration of shops & eateries, is just a 16-minutes’ bus ride away.

If you choose to stay in the well-designed studio, you’ll be provided with a bed, personal kitchen area, study area and an attached bathroom. After returning from university, you can cook your favorite meal in the kitchen or heat a quick snack, then log onto the free Wi-Fi to stream your favourite shows. Additionally, each en-suite room comes with a bed, attached bathroom, study area and wardrobe, and has access to a shared kitchen and lounge area.

There is a common room where you can relax after a tiring day or switch on the TV and watch your favourite movie or show. If you’re a film buff, you can visit the renowned Edinburgh Filmhouse, an independent cinema screening films from all over the world, or other cinema complexes that are located close by.
