- GBS believes in learning ‘Beyond Education', a kind of experiential learning where students are exposed to a myriad of out-of-classroom activities through elements like Globsyn Annual Lecture Series, Globsyn Management Conference, Globsyn Alumni Engage, Serendipity, Embryon and Kalyani Youth Leadership Forum (KYLF).
- Boardroom simulation activity is a new addition to GBS’ ‘learner-centric’ pedagogy, which emphasizes on experiential and case-based teaching methodologies. In a Boardroom simulation activity, students of GBS assume the different senior management roles of an organization, with a representative from the industry playing the role of the ‘Chairman’ of the ‘board’ that is tasked upon to solve simulated business crisis situations within the next 2 months. During this period the students, mentored by a faculty of the B-School, conduct extensive researches and finally present a solution to the ‘Chairman’, who either modifies or implements this in their organisation.
- Over the years, GBS have constructed relationships with 360+ corporates through unrelenting efforts at the macro and micro levels that has provided meaningful, lucrative, career-defining jobs to the students over the years.
- GBS which started its journey with just 50 students has grown to over 3000 strong alumni who are making their alma mater proud every day by carrying the GBS flag to all corners of the globe.
