Our programs
Our name says it all: we're a community. Small class sizes make it easy for you to meet new friends and for your instructors to get to know you personally. Find your way forward at Assiniboine Community College. We have more than 40 diploma and certificate programs across a range of disciplines including food and hospitality, business, agriculture, and the environment, health and human services, trades and technology. We also provide apprenticeship programming in a variety of skilled trade disciplines. Each embodies our philosophy of hands-on education supported by classroom learning.

The majority of our programs include a cooperative work placement or a work practicum as part of the curriculum, so you get experience in your field before graduation. Our facilities
Our campuses across southern Manitoba include the beautiful Manitoba Institute of Culinary Arts (MICA), home to our Culinary Arts, Hotel & Restaurant Management and Horticultural Production programs. This renovated heritage building dating back to 1923 includes a state-of-the-art kitchen and the Manitoba Canola Growers Culinary Theatre.
