Leave Entitlements
- Annual Leave: Accrued at 26 days per year for full-time employees and pro-rata for part-time employees. This is 5 extra days of annual leave per year plus 1 day for birthday leave added into your annual leave accrual.
- Parental Leave: 13 weeks paid leave for the primary carer and 5 days paid leave for the secondary carer.
- Volunteer Leave: Up to 2 days paid time off each calendar year for permanent employees and pro-rata for part-time.
- Study Leave: Study leave entitlements provide up to 4 days a year leave to balance study and work.

Kaplan has partnered with Sonder, a Safety, Health, and Wellbeing provider, with access free of charge for Kaplan employees. Dublin Business School Exchange Program
Every year, one staff member from both Kaplan Business School (KBS) and Dublin Business School (DBS) travel to their sister school for a weeklong immersive experience. KBS and DBS are the most similar schools in the global Kaplan network, with an abundance of opportunities to collaborate on various initiatives, share ideas and drive best practice. We maximise and harness this similarity by offering a staff member from each school the opportunity to travel to Dublin, Ireland each year.
