The Master's programme in Strategic Management in the Fuel and Energy Sector is Russia’s only such programme that trains professionals with the skills and knowledge required for administration, system analysis, complex forecasting, and strategic decision-making in the public sector, at energy companies and in other energy-related fields.
This programme is implemented as part of network cooperation between three leading Russian universities: HSE, Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, and the Ural Federal University.
