Diploma of Business (International Hotel and Resort Management)

The Diploma of International Hotel and Resort Management degree provides a grounding in managing accommodation-based businesses around the world. This qualification introduces guest relations, front office management, food and beverage, housekeeping and property management. As part of your course, you will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of day-to-day operations. 
This course is studied at our live-in campus at Leura in the Blue Mountains, which functions as a simulated hotel. You will study a broad range of subjects from accounting to food and beverage, and will undertake an industry placement. During this course you will be introduced to higher level hospitality concepts as well as the business and management principles you need to become a leader in the hotel industry.
