Master of Management (Human Resource Management)

The Master of Management (Human Resource Management) comprises 12 courses. You will complete four core courses and six Human Resource Management specialisation courses. Through these you will develop skills and expertise in areas that include:
- business analytics and the data-driven organisation
- people, leadership and performance
- managing employee performance and rewards
- managing the global workforce
- employment law
You will also complete two postgraduate electives chosen from courses delivered across the University. They will enable you to develop skills from selected key disciplines essential for management in business.

- A completed bachelor degree in a business related discipline from a recognised higher education institution or equivalent; or
- A completed bachelor degree which includes a major in business, commerce, marketing or management; or
- A completed graduate certificate or higher qualification in a business related discipline from a recognised higher education institution.
