Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Analytics (HRA)

A growing number of organizations use human resource analytics (HRA) to inform and support strategy and to maintain a competitive advantage. Yet, a talent shortage has emerged, leaving many organizations searching for individuals who understand how to apply and implement HR analytics. The objective of the HRA Graduate Certificate  is to address this talent shortage by developing knowledge and skills in HR analytics. Through hands-on application of data management,analysis, and visualization, using tools such as R and Tableau, HR professionals and graduate students with an interest in HR will learn how to answer HR questions using data and to grow an organization’s HR analytics capabilities.
