Master’s Programme in Church, Society & State. Legal Regulation of Religious Organizations

New programme. First intake in 2018.

This programme is designed to train highly qualified professionals in jurisprudence specializing in the legal regulation of religious associations. Graduates are able to manage the legal service of a religious organization in compliance with international and national legislation. They are also able to protect fundamental human rights ??in the religious sphere, including freedom of religion and freedom of conscience.

The aim of the programme is to establish an internationally recognized school which provides instruction in the legal forms, methods, means and mechanisms of dialogue between church, society and the state, their significance and influence on the modern world and key social processes in the religious sphere, both on an international and national level.

The programme is administered jointly with the SS Cyril and Methodius School of Post-Graduate and Doctoral Studies.
