Master’s Programme in Legal Support for Human Resource Management

This programme aims to train highly qualified experts capable of managing HR functions in line with all legislative requirements, combined with maximum and balanced consideration of key issues concerning labour relations. Graduates are able to apply their knowledge, skills and competencies in legal work at organizations and companies, including their legal and HR departments. Moreover, they are capable of working productively and effectively at the legal and HR departments of governmental bodies, as well as actively interacting as part of social partnership systems, representing the interests of employers and their associations.
