SPORTS JOURNALISM (CERT HE)
In a world where a smartphone is all you need to break a story, what sets the good and the great apart? How do you start? You will explore the rapidly changing practices and possibilities of journalism within the wider context of contemporary media industries and digital technologies.
What will you learn?
You will study a range of engaging topics that will increase your knowledge of journalism, media production, technology and creating content.
You will study core Journalism topics, but you will also study other topics which will give you a greater understanding of journalism; such as media, technology and culture which will help you to visualise and explore the backbone of journalism.
Completing this course will give you the opportunity to consider lots of different job roles or continue your studies on one of our full degree programmes.
