LEVEL 3 NATIONAL EXTENDED DIPLOMA EQUINE MANAGEMENT (BUSINESS) YEAR 2

This course allows you to gain detailed academic knowledge and an in-depth understanding of horse management and business through theory-based and practical sessions.

You will study both pure business and equine related units, giving you the specialised knowledge needed to pursue a range of careers. You are also required to complete a period of work experience at an external placement, as well as having the opportunity to assist in the running of College equine competitions.

Our students have gone on to some fantastic careers in a wide range of industries and enjoyed some exceptional work placements all over the world, helping them open doors to their dream careers.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria

Indian Certificate of Secondary Education is considered comparable to GCSE (grades A*-C / 9-4), for every subject passed, where grades of 1-6 (40-100%) have been obtained.

Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) / Standard 12 is considered comparable to the overall AS Level standard.
Diploma (from a State Board of Technical Education) is considered comparable to BTEC Level 3 Diploma, when studied for three years.

Our minimum overall IELTS scores are listed below, and are in line with UKVI standard. The Common
European Framework for languages (CEFR) level is shown in brackets:
BTEC/A-Level/Access: = 5.5 (B2)
University Undergraduates: = 6.0 (B2)
Undergraduate Veterinary Nursing: = 7.0 (C1)
