Conservation GIS PgCert
With a huge demand for professional ecologists and conservation practitioners with applied Geographic Information Systems (GIS) skills, this course provides core knowledge of GIS to support conservation action and evaluate its biodiversity outcomes.
This unique course has been designed not only to develop core operational skills in GIS, but to give you experience of how GIS can be applied within longer conservation processes. You’ll be able to integrate both basic and advanced GIS skills into your everyday conservation tasks and activities, primarily using the QGIS open-source system.
