  • The Computer Network Engineering program will enable students to gain a Computer Network Engineering Level 5 and 6 qualification
  • Students will gain knowledge in theoretical and practical parts of:
    • PC components and systems
    • Personal computer operating systems
    • Installation and configuration of common operating systems
    • Connection of work stations to a network
    • Common security issues and solutions to them
  • Acquire skills in:
    • Hardware troubleshooting at the module replacement level
    • Operating systems troubleshooting at the level of reconfiguration or reinstallation
    • Network connectivity problems, at the workstation level
    • Monitoring the security state of a system
    • Communication with clients
    • Proper customer service
    • Working on a helpdesk
