Offering a mix of on-campus theory and innovative school-based placements, our aim is to produce teachers with strong academic knowledge and skills, excellence in professional practice, commitment to equity and social justice, and dedication to personal and professional growth.With this degree, you can choose either an early exit to become a qualified early-childhood (Birth-5 Year) teacher or complete an additional six months to graduate with a primary-school teaching qualification as well (Birth-12). To help you juggle your busy work, career and personal life, Western also offers flexible study options. You may be eligible for an accelerated study mode to complete your degree sooner.
