Executive Master of Business Administration
If you want to be a business leader or CEO of tomorrow, you need frameworks to help manage the complexities of the business world, more skills and more professional contacts.
Whether you are climbing the corporate ladder, building your own business or taking a not-for-profit to the next level, the Executive MBA can help you reach your unlimited potential.
Taught out of our acclaimed Sydney Graduate School of Management, this postgraduate degree gives you insights into contemporary management practice, innovation and entrepreneurship, corporate finance and strategy – all the tools you need to lead an organisation in today's fast-evolving, competitive business landscape.
The Executive MBA is designed specifically to address the challenges you will face as a business leader. Units include Business Environment, Financial Decision Making, Foundations of Management, Marketing Management, Emerging Leaders, Contemporary Organisation Behaviour, Developing Business Enterprise, Managerial Finance, Customer Value Management, Innovation Creativity and Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Management, Managerial Economics and Corporate Governance and One Hundred Days.
One Hundred Days is based on the premise that, regardless of your level of experience, all managers undertaking new responsibilities need to identify key stakeholders and understand the business’s HR practices, financial objectives and marketing strategies. This unit focuses on the first one hundred days in a new management role. You’ll develop and utilise your leadership and management studies in a range of real business environments. In addition, the Applied Business Project unit will give you an opportunity to apply relevant theories and frameworks to solving problems on a significant business project.
