Are you looking for a career in corporate banking and finance, stock-market trading, insurance, investment management and other areas of applied finance? UWA’s postgraduate courses in finance are designed to provide you with a practical grounding in financial affairs.
This course will equip you to apply technical knowledge and skills to a variety of finance problems, such as capital investment decisions, investment analysis, and the management of option portfolios. Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
(1) To be considered for admission to this course an applicant must have—
(a) a Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent qualification, including an Introductory Financial Accounting unit or equivalent, as recognised by UWA; and either:
(b) the equivalent of a UWA weighted average mark of at least 50 per cent;
or
(c) at least two years professional experience in a relevant occupation; or
(2) significant work experience including at least 5 years with a material level of responsibility.
