Early Childhood Special Education BSE
With dedicated faculty and a robust graduate program, Shawnee State is the perfect place for you to take your passion for special education to the next level. Our program combines clinical (teaching) experience with classroom learning and gives you all of the coursework you need to sit for the Ohio licensure exams.
All our education students tackle diverse subjects like psychology and early childhood development, but you'll also get the opportunity to dive more deeply in special education to become an expert in your chosen field. Studies both on campus and in early childhood classrooms will give you the balanced preparation to excel in the accreditation hurdles you'll need to jump to become a special education professional in Ohio.
