NEW ZEALAND CERTIFICATE IN COOKERY (LEVEL 3)

Year 1 incorporates the New Zealand Certificate in Cookery (Level 3 and Level 4). This will prepare you to work as a senior chef,
including planning and producing a broad range of larder, meat, poultry and fish dishes, and developing and designing advanced dishes and menus. Students who successfully complete the New Zealand Certificate in Cookery (Level 4) will also be eligible to apply to City and Guilds to be awarded the City and Guilds Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking
