This qualification will provide you with state of the art learning in business systems and the requisite technology. You will learn how to access databases through social media avenues to construct useful information for both in-house and external communications. In addition, you will apply the latest techniques for managing information and communication technologies. Best of all, as part of your studies, you will be placed with an industry sponsor to get “real life” hands-on experience. This programme will set you up for career opportunities in the communication management and business analyst fields.

Programme Specific Information
This one year full-time programme allows you to graduate at the same level as a degree student and with a
focused file of knowledge. It is designed for people who have a degree in one area but want to change their area
of specialisation or career. It is also for people who have a level 6 or 7 Diploma and/or several years of relevant
work experience who wish to gain a qualification or update their skills in the area they are working.
