Bachelor of Arts - Kinesiology (Minor)

Kinesiology is the study of human movement, and its goal is to discover strategies to improve human health, performance, and the overall human experience. From an understanding of both anatomy and the way the parts of the body interact with each other and their surroundings, Kinesiology teaches us how to optimize our activity, prevent (and recover from) injuries, and improve our quality of life.

> If your program was more than 8 months but less than 2 years
   We may give you a PGWP that’s valid for up to the same length as your study program.
For example, if you completed a 9-month program, we may give you a work permit for up to 9 months.

> If your program was 2 years or more
   We may give you a PGWP that’s valid for 3 years.

> If you completed more than 1 program
   You may be able to get a PGWP that combines the length of each program.

Each of the programs you completed -
must be PGWP-eligible and at least 8 months in length

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria

  • Secondary school applicants need to have achieved in their final year of schooling an average of 70% (5 best scoring academic subjects).
  • Applicants who are looking to transfer from another post-secondary institution are required to have an overall GPA of 2.0 (on a 4.3 scale).
